A spectacular antique Georgian necklace made up of four strands lined with faceted Garnet beads forming a twisting bundle that shimmers and sparkles with a deep red wine-coloured hue.  

The crowning feature of the necklace is a beautiful 18ct Yellow Gold box clasp which is fitted with hinges to allow it to articulate with the wearer. It is engraved with intricate foliate patterns and leads to a lovely heart charm with a hidden Locket on the reverse.

It is a truly extraordinary find and beautifully preserved.
